- There are no "all powerful characters." Unlike the television show, all of our characters, regardless of race, can become extremely powerful. Sure, a Super Saiyan will be more powerful than a regular human, but that doesn't mean in a fight you can just one shot another fighter.
-Speaking of transformations, no Super Saiyans. All new humans (around ages 6 to 15- any younger and obviously you couldn't play them) are able to transform into Super Saiyans, possessing Saiyan blood within them. However, you most likely won't be able to transform for a long time.
- No fighting in the cbox or IC, please.
- If you wish to be a descendant of the Son or Briefs family, you can still apply but staff will only allow for 4 maximum of each family, and the accepting process even then will take longer than usual.
- Also, since our fighters will most likely be quite young, no super-advanced techniques. Yes, Turtle Students will be able to utilize Kamehameha, and New Crane School students can use a less powerful version of Tri-Beam, but nothing beyond that. Basic ki blasts and flight. If you sign up as an adult, you'll have to discuss it with either me or one of the staff.
